An opportunity to be the first one joining the newly setup Communication function at the group level as the organisation is scaling its key functions. - Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
- Craft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
- Manage media relations and build relationships with key journalists and influencers.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Eventually transition in developing and managing internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement through a team

- 3+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role preferably within the F&B, FMCG or Retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing media relations and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast paced cross functional environment
- Strong network of relationships with media outlets, influencers and key external stakeholders
- Open to individuals coming from Tier 1 PR and Comms agencies
