We are currently recruiting for a Communications & PR Manager for our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.Job Purpose:The Communications & PR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive communications plan that includes strategy, goals, budget, and tactics. The role requires managing the PR agency account and coordinating with the agency team to ensure high-level media placements and effective influencer relations. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to engage audiences across both traditional and new media, while leveraging existing media relationships and cultivating new contacts within the business and industry media.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan, including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.
• Monitor industry trends affecting the brand and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy.
• Coordinate regional and global launch events and manage UAE media and TECH KOL guest interactions.
• Increase media coverage and maintain Share of Voice (SOV) benchmarks.
• Execute and manage diverse PR partnerships across multiple product lines.
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate PR results on a weekly basis.
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
• Strengthen relationships with key government and business enterprises.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to enhance B2B partner relations.
• Develop and execute a media relations strategy to secure high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.
• Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
• Develop and manage influencer relations strategy.
• Oversee the PR agency account and coordinate the agency team.
• Ensure alignment and effective collaboration with the PR agency to achieve desired outcomes.
• Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing media team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a PR Manager or similar role in the technology or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong relationships with both local and international business and industry media outlets.
• Experience in managing a PR agency and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in public relations.
• Experience with crisis communication and management.
