We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in

B2B communication

content creation, and event management

. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in

SEO and digital marketing

.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communication & Content:

Develop and execute a strategic communication plan aligned with company objectives. Lead and manage a content team based in Egypt, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Oversee content creation with a strong emphasis on graphic design and visual storytelling. Maintain brand consistency and messaging alignment across all communication channels.

Digital, Social Media & SEO:

Manage the company's presence across digital and social media platforms, driving engagement and growth. Monitor competitors' communication strategies and implement best practices. Leverage industry insights from digital and social channels to enhance the content strategy. Develop and implement SEO strategies in both English and Arabic to improve organic traffic and search rankings. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to optimize communication initiatives.

Event Management:

Plan and execute event strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Build and maintain relationships with speakers, suppliers, and event organizers. Identify and engage target audiences for event participation. Oversee all event logistics, including venue setup, speaker coordination, and on-site activities. Organize and maintain historical event data for future reference.

Skills & Experience Required:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the B2B tech industry. Strong content creation and graphic design management skills. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies. Experience with SEO optimization in both English and Arabic. Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and communication strategies. Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
