: Masterminds, Dubais leading early learning center, is recruiting for a Communications and Front Desk Coordinator. Our parents refer to us as the Harvard of Preschools. Masterminds staff are expected to follow high standards of personal achievement. As the first point of contact, the Communications and Front Desk Coordinator will deliver the first impression of our brand. You need to be a highly motivated, dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate's ability to prioritize and remain focused under pressure is testimony to their flexibility, adaptability, and change responsiveness. Core Responsibilities Communication and Marketing:
  • Distribute brochures and registration packs to interested parents
  • Conduct parent tours that lead to enrolment
  • Provide initial brief about school concept to prospective parents on the phone and in person; refer serious parents to the Director for further information
  • Address queries from existing parents, including passing communication from/to teachers
  • Manage social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), including taking/collecting photographs and videos and developing content in line with the communication strategy
  • Collate, file, and maintain permissions lists (i.e. media consent forms)
  • Coordinate with advertising, PR, and digital agencies
  • Devise creative ideas and avenues to generate new parent leads
Front Office:
  • Receive incoming telephone calls and redirect them as necessary
  • Welcome visitors and parents and call the appropriate people to assist them
  • Confirm all tours and appointments, as necessary
  • Assist events committee with organizing internal events (e.g. Halloween, Christmas parties)
  • Address parent queries
