Masterminds staff are expected to follow high standards of personal achievement.As the first point of contact, the Communications and Front Desk Coordinator will deliver the first impression of our brand. You need to be a highly motivated, dynamic individual with excellent communication and inter-personal skills. The candidate's ability to prioritize and remain focused under pressure is testimony of their flexibility, adaptability and change responsiveness.Essential Requirements
Spoken and Written fluency in English

Core ResponsibilitiesCommunication and Marketing
Distribute brochures and registration packs to interested parents
Conduct parent tours that lead to enrolment
Provide initial brief about school concept to prospective parents on the phone and in-person; refer serious parents to Director for further information
Address queries from existing parents, including passing communication from/to teachers
Manage social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), including taking / collecting photographs and videos and developing content in-line with the communication strategy
Collate, file and maintain permissions lists (i.e. media consent forms)
Coordinate with advertising, PR and digital agencies
Devise creative ideas and avenues to generate new parent leads
Front Office
Receive incoming telephone calls and redirect as necessary
Screen visitors in-line with the security policy and adhere to guest registration procedures
Welcome visitors and parents and call the appropriate people to assist them
Confirm all tours, appointments, meetings and cancellations as necessary
