The postholder will handle all communications duties related to the sponsorship campaign 'Shaping Futures'. Postholder will also occasionally handle admin duties relating to the sponsorship campaign. This post is for a fixed term contract ending July 2026.About our School/Directorate and Team:The Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications Directorate promotes and enhances the University's global reputation and brand.Purpose of Role:All communications duties related to the sponsorship campaign 'Shaping Futures'. Occasionally admin duties relating to the sponsorship campaign.Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Execute the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics
Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
Work with key organizational stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevant
Suggest opportunities to promote campaign engagement
Design content and oversee implementation for campaign communications
Coordinate internal events and other initiatives relating to campaign communications
Assist the Communications Officer as required
Education, Qualifications & Experience:Essential * Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience in Internal Communications
Experience of working within a similar environment as outlined above
Competent in the use of relevant IT packages
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Demonstrable professional and proactive approach
Demonstrable ability to work quickly, flexibly and accurately in a dynamic, changing and pressured environment
Demonstrable provision of excellent customer service
