Your main tasks will include elaborating the content strategy, making it happen, and getting it out there for everyone to enjoy.Job AccountabilitiesAs Communications and Content Manager, your role will involve:
Work closely with Leadership team to create and deliver dynamic Communications strategies aligned with our ambition, boost their brand by writing thought leadership piece in their area of expertise.
Grow brand awareness in the Middle East through media opportunities, increase the positive sentiment and manage its reputation.
Draft impactful stories for new products & services launch, marketing campaigns and speaking opportunities, keeping an eye on how your content is performing to continuously tweak your game plan for even better results.
Strengthen the brand through awards, industry conferences or events.
Provide communication support for strategic priorities and business projects in line with communication standards, processes and governance.
Ensure all communication activities and messages support business objectives.
With limited supervision develops and takes ownership of integrated plans contributing to wider projects supporting business objectives.
Integrated communication:
Recommend, develop and deliver high quality strategic and tactical communication solutions understanding the audience and identifying the appropriate vehicle and format for communication.
Effectively manages business and communication-related compliance and regulation.
Thinks strategically, plans creatively and delivers consistently a range of communication materials to support the business area on all channels.
Ensure measurement and reporting on all actives and activations and support tracking on all channels.
Media relations:
Plan, develop and implement media relations programs with the PR agency for business areas in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
Help identify and pursue speaking opportunities for Zurich spokespersons.
Job QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor\'s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, English or related field.
3-4 years agency experience or in a similar role.
Ability to communicate across all levels, internally and externally, with a prior experience working with senior leadership
Excellent organisation, written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and the ability to develop original content that provokes engagement.
