1.Role Objective To support the delivery of the organization's internal communications strategy. To enable the departments of the organization to deliver key communications to staff, volunteers and stakeholders in a planned way. To take lead responsibility for the planning and implementation of a range of events and conference. 2.Duties Roles and Responsibilities .To help implement the internal communications strategy to provide effective communication of relevant corporate information to staff, volunteers and stakeholders .To develop internal communication strategies and plans for specific activity to staff, volunteers and stakeholders (including trustees and VIPs) to meet specified communications objectives .To help build a culture where two-way internal communication is seen as fundamental and integral to the success of the organization and its staff, and where communication is seen as the business of every staff member .To continually evaluate the success of internal communications, working with a broad range of stakeholders .Draft key messages for target audiences .Working and negotiating with external suppliers and venues to provide the best value for money .Provide knowledge, support and expertise in audio-visual presentations for staff .Write and edit copy (ranging from news reports and features to interviews and letter text) for various publications and materials (both print and online), including the staff magazine, volunteer and supporter magazine, the annual review, and the staff e-newsletter .To implement, develop and project manage a range of internal communication activities and initiatives including manager briefings . Maintain and moderate information and user engagement channels including staff intranet
