- Successfully communicate to engage, motivate and align audiences regionally so that Sidel can more efficiently and effectively achieve its strategic objectives.
- Successfully communicate strategic initiatives regionally across all channels so that Sidel can more efficiently and effectively achieve its strategic objectives.
- Provide integrated communications leadership on Sidel equipment and services portfolio and strategic initiatives, anticipating and implementing business communication plans supporting the strategic priorities of the Sidel Group
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Communication Management on an international level
- Solid experience with development and deployment of global integrated communication programmes
- Proven track record ability carving out programmes driving International integrated communication concepts, programs and tools
- Experience in global supplier handling, cost control and handling
- High level of networking skills
- High level of project management skills
- Managerial skills and proven leadership
