Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

Work with internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met across all marketing channels
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Job Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
Develop social media strategies, PR and external comms strategies in partnership with business leads to advance business objectives
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Coordinate the social media content and publishing of campaigns and posts and ensure reports are done in a timely manner

Production of printing and promotional materials
Produce presentations in connection with projects
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

Source, liaise and Manage website content and design to ensure delivery of excellent product

Required Skills and Qualifications
Professional experience in an advertising or digital agency is a must
Professional Experience in a client service role
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in communications role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive feedback
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media channels with common software such as adobe suite, social media channels
