We are seeking a talented Commissioning Planner to join our esteemed Rosebank Project team based in Dubai. As a member of our dynamic international business, you\'ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the offshore energy industry.

• Work closely with the Project Controls Team and report to the Project Controls Manager.
• Collaborate with the Commissioning Manager and team to ensure seamless project execution.
• Establish and maintain processes, systems, and resources for FPSO according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with Yard Construction planners to align interface activities across disciplines.
• Ensure timely planning and coordination of Commissioning activities in accordance with the Integrated Project Schedule.
• Coordinate and monitor the integrated Project schedule.
• Facilitate the availability of necessary information for the execution of commissioning and start-up.
• Oversee all planning and progress reporting for FPSO Commissioning.
• Ensure adherence to planning requirements outlined in the contract.
• Participate in the establishment of a Commissioning network, budgeting, and time scheduling.
• Additional duties as assigned by the Project Controls Manager and/or Commissioning Manager.

Qualification Requirements

• Technical education at Bachelor\'s level or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Commissioning Planner within larger development projects.
• Experience in FPSO redeployment strongly desired.
• Extensive experience with execution of Construction and MC activities.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera.
• Experience with Clients Completion philosophy is advantageous.
• Recent experience in a similar role on UK North Sea projects preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills applied to a multidiscipline project team.
• Recent relevant experience in Middle East/Southeast Asian shipyards is an advantage.
• Organized, systematic, and flexible approach to work.
• Fluent written and verbal English skills.
