The role will require you to conduct site inspections, and verify the tested results are correct. The ideal candidate fits the below profile:

Qualifications

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 2 (two) years of job-related experience in the field of building commissioning
• Incorporated Engineer, desirable but not essential
• CSA Grade 3 qualified, desirable but not essential
• Commissioning certifications such as BCA, ACG or NEBB, is desirable but not essential
• LEED GA, desirable but not essential

Essential Skills:

• MEP Building Commissioning with a focus on Green Building Commissioning
• Ability to conduct site commissioning inspections
• Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
• Knowledge of LEED, Estidama, BREEAM, Mostadam
• Monitor installation, submittals, and use of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines
• Carry out site observations with respect to quality of installation
