Provide the highest level of hospitality service to hotel guests.
Work in the designated station as set by Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef.
Prepare and cook all food items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation specifications.
Organise the assigned work area, efficiently manage ingredients, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Produce quality dishes in a timely and efficient manner to meet guest expectations.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation throughout service.
Qualifications
High school education or diploma in culinary is required.
Basic computer skills and familiar with inventory systems.
One to Two years of minimum previous experience required in a high-volume kitchen or full-service hotel.
