The job of the Commis Chef is the production of the most creative pastries and desserts, for the enjoyment of our guests. You will also plan, organize, direct, and participate in the centralized production of highly specialized pastry menu items. The Commis Chef will also take on the responsibility of organizing and leading training sessions for the members of their team.
Qualifications
High School degree
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations role
Passion for teamwork
Excellent guest service skills
Knowledge of basic preparation, presentation and preservation of Pastry
