Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Assist in plating dishes, following presentation standards set by the Head Chef.
Prepare and clean kitchen equipment before and after service.
Monitor food quality and report any issues to senior kitchen staff.
Comply with all food hygiene standards and ensure proper handling of all kitchen tools and ingredients.
Requirements
Basic understanding of kitchen operations and cooking technique.
Effective communication and organizational skills
The ability to work under pressure.
