Job description Assists in the preparation of hot and cold food items in accordance with the established recipes and standards of the hotel\'s kitchen. Assist in the preparation of hot and cold food items as per the menu specifications and recipes. Support the Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in coordinating and organizing kitchen operations to meet service requirements. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, including food preparation surfaces, equipment, and storage areas. Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to ensure food safety and prevent contamination. Candidate should meet the following requirements:
