A character, a storyteller?Do you want to be part of a globally recognized brand that has been entertaining for over 100 years?Join the audition and start scripting your own story at Paramount Hotels Dubai!Prepare all ingredient and basic mise-en-place and assist the chefs in various section of kitchen as instructed by supervisor in preparing all the dishes related to the restaurant outlet. :
- Assist in the food preparation process
- Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
- Help with deliveries and restocking
- To ensure that the working area is clean at all the time
- Take any note on new recipes, new procedures, keep the learning process going at all times to improve the professional knowledge
- Perform any general duties as defined by the supervisor and help in any other department or section in the kitchen
- Attend any training sessions and always strives to keep abreast of any procedures and general works on upgrading the general knowledge with the help of the supervisor
- A total of 2-4 years Culinary experience especially in Pastry section
- 1 year minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment
- High school Diploma
- Previous work experience in a similar position in a four or five star hotel or comparable restaurant for a minimum of 2 years
- Strong command in English Language.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Organized and well planned
- Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude
- Hotel School Degree or diploma or equivalent
- Basic Food hygiene and HACCP Overview trained.
