Commis Chef (Hot Kitchen)

to join our team and contribute to our growing success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot kitchen dishes, including breakfast items and savory baked goods. Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency in food quality. Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards are met. Support the Head Chef and Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations. Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a hot kitchen

(preferably in a bakery, cafe, or restaurant). Basic knowledge of food preparation, handling, and kitchen operations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Must be currently in the UAE and available for an immediate start or short notice.
