Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces. Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs to ensure consistency and quality in dishes. Cook and plate dishes according to set standards. Maintain a clean and organized work station. Assist in monitoring food supplies and communicating inventory needs. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.

Requirements:



Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Culinary school education or relevant certifications are a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Willingness to learn and grow in a culinary career. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. South or North Indian cuisine.
