Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
• Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs to ensure consistency and quality in dishes.
• Cook and plate dishes according to set standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Assist in monitoring food supplies and communicating inventory needs.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Culinary school education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a culinary career.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
