Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Commis Chef to join our culinary team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to exacting standards. This role is based in a prestigious restaurant Dubai, offering a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of senior chefs. Ensure ingredients are prepped and stocked for daily service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation. Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Follow instructions and recipes to produce consistent, quality dishes. Assist in inventory checks and manage stock rotation. Support the kitchen team with general tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a reputable restaurant or hotel. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation. Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts.
