Job Description
The Role
: o Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in the hot / cold section depending on assignment, under the supervision of senior chefs. o Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. o Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot section, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. o Ensure that all food is stored and prepared according to food safety guidelines. o Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering as required.

Qualifications: o Open to Asian nationalities o 38 years old and below o Must have at least 2 years' experience in the same role within UAE, with exposure on Levant cuisines/ Arabic dishes
