Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food truck.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure quality.
- Support the head chef and kitchen staff in daily operations.
- Monitor food inventory and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar kitchen role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
