• Prepares and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for Members and Guests as instructed by Chef
• Helps in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Hot Kitchen Section
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Follow the Club's policies and procedures and adhere to the grooming policies
• Other duties as required
