Then why not come and join us at the Radisson Hotel Group to Make Every Moment Matter! where our guests can relax and enjoy the experience!Our Kitchen Team has a taste for developing the flavors to cook up a storm and strives to deliver a hospitality experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.As Commis 2, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!Interested then why not say Yes I Can! as we are looking for passionate people just like you!Key Responsibilities of the Commis 2:\xc2\xb7 Prepares and presents all food orders and dishes as they are received in accordance with recipes, SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and agreed presentation.\xc2\xb7 Prepares sauces, soups and hot entrees\xc2\xb7 Ensures they are Set up for lunch and dinner service according to Chef de Partie instructions and ensures there is plenty of mis-en-place for the next chef on duty.\xc2\xb7 Always adheres to Radisson Blu standards of preparation, recipes, and presentation\xc2\xb7 Uses Chef de Partie as a resource to ensure seasoning, portions, and appearance of food\xc2\xb7 Stores unused food properly, and informs Chef de Partie of larger quantities of stored food\xc2\xb7 Ensures that food from own station is delivered on time; asks for help if needed\xc2\xb7 Follows Food Safety & hygiene guidelines, and sanitation practices\xc2\xb7 Ensures readiness at all times\xc2\xb7 Refers to station\xe2\x80\x99s file regarding preparation, cooking and presentation specifications of all dishes produced in the section\xc2\xb7 Works closely with the Chef de Partie and takes every opportunity to become familiar with all aspects of his or her position
Requirements of the Commis 2:
