Being a Commis II you are responsible for the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work
• Familiar with Continental Cuisine
Work according to the menu specifications by the Sous Chef
Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel
Control food stock and food cost in his section
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
• With at least 03 years previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations role
• Passion for teamwork
• Excellent guest service skills
• Knowledge of basic preparation, presentation and preservation of food
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
• Must be willing to stay in the company's provided accommodation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
