Taparelle Restaurant (Manarat Al Saadiyat -Abu Dhabi) is currently looking for passionate and dynamic Commis 1 to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As Commis 1 you will be carrying out instructions and assignments from the Chef de Partie in the daily operation:

Preparing all the meal items to be presentable as instructed by the Chef de Partie Stocking and restocking kitchen items as needed Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items are received and are good quality Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor when stock is low Disposing of the expired and spoiled food items stored in stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers Ensuring the kitchen and food areas are clean and safe Following all safety and sanitation procedures Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will be positively spirited and passionate about food and be committed to work together with the service team to deliver an amazing guest experiences every time.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role is required. Pastry experience is a plus.
