  • Assist in the preparation of hot dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Execute cooking techniques such as grilling, frying, steaming, and saut\xc3\xa9ing with precision and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot section, including equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure the safety and quality of food products.
  • Coordinate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth service during busy periods.
  • Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize food wastage.
  • Receive and inspect incoming ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop new menu items and specials, incorporating traditional Japanese flavors and techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 2 months Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
