Assist in the preparation of dishes including chapati, parotta, vegetable and non-vegetable curries, and biryani etc., Apply traditional cooking methods to create authentic flavors and textures. Properly handle, store, and maintain ingredients to ensure freshness and adherence to safety standards. Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to maintain high standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and sanitation protocols. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. Support senior chefs in executing menu items and daily specials, following established recipes. Ensure the dishes meet visual and taste standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
