Key duties & responsibilities
• -ideally with experience in using Japanese ingredients,
• Preparing all Bakery products as per the standard guidelines & instructions of Head Baker
• Operate ovens and grills, and keeping your work surfaces and equipment clean and sanitary
• Prepare items according to demand & requisitions placed
• Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues
• Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions in daily shift briefings
• Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
• Have full knowledge of all menu items & recipes
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Follow safety procedures to avoid burns and other injuries while working with equipment
