We are looking for a passionate and skilled

to join our kitchen team. You will assist in food preparation, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in a dynamic culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation and cooking according to the restaurant's standards. Follow recipes and instructions to maintain consistency in food quality. Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment. Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and proper food storage. Work closely with the

chef de partie

and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Learn new cooking techniques and continuously improve culinary skills. Perform any other duties as assigned by the head chef or sous chef.

Requirements:

Minimum

1

years of experience in a similar role. Diploma or certification in culinary arts is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Excellent teamwork, time management, and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
