COMMI 1 Responsibilities:

Position Overview: The Commis 1 Chef plays a vital role in the kitchen, assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. The role involves working under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and contributes to the smooth running of the kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in line with the standards set by the Head Chef.
• Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and consistent quality is maintained.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Support the Chef de Partie in managing stock levels, checking deliveries, and ensuring proper storage.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

? High school diploma or Degree.

? Proven food preparation and food handling experience.

? Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.

? The ability to follow standardized recipes.

? The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

? The ability to work in a team.

? Excellent communication skills.

SALARY: up to AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 based on experience. (All Inclusive)

WORK LOCATION: Khalifa City-A, Abu Dhabi, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (Preferably Candidates on a Cancel Visa or a Visit Visa)
