Continental cook
•Prepare good quality meal as per the menu
•To ensure that all the working areas are always hygienically clean and tidy Kitchen
•equipment's to be kept clean and tidy immediately after the work.
•Responsible for the correct use of ingredients whilst cooking
•Responsible to reduce the wastage and increase productivity & profitability.
•Provide a good Quality of food and service to the client and customer.
•Ensure all meals are ready on time at temperatures as prescribed
•Ensure the HACCP process is strictly adhered and recorded.
