Commercial Finance Senior Manager- Dubai (14 MONTH CONTRACT)Salary up to AED 44,000 per monthOur client, an MNC professional service organization, is looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Senior Manager on a fixed term contract of 14 months. This role will manage a team of 9 people within commercial finance and the commercial analyst team. You will be responsible for the planning, forecasting and all aspects of the lead to invoicing workflow with the ability to recognize issues and risks to the system.Responsibilities:

• Provide financial commercial support to the senior leadership team ensuring early detection of issues and an efficient process
• Manage the day-to-day activities of team member ensuing team alignment to common team objectives and goals providing clear direction
• Oversee the commercial analysis of client cases, ensuring accurate and insightful financial assessments
• Guide the business on large complex RFP\'s -in pricing, working with commercial directors and legal to ensure appropriate investment approvals are in place
• Owns system WIP/AR weekly reporting, driving best practices in contracting, and invoicing processes to decrease DSO, maximize cash balances and improve price realization. Review pricing trends and leakages e.g. expense, making recommendations on ways to improve profitability

• Drive and communicate DSO programmatic actions, escalating and resolving as needed Embed risk management in commercial finance
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable a high-performance team, through training curriculum, internal projects and team building activities
• Oversee implementation of various ongoing projects within commercial finance
• Report to ME leadership on exposure and risk status of all cases monthly
• Liaise with the internal and external audit teams

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a degree in Accounting or Finance Qualification/MBA preferred
• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in a senior commercial finance role
• Supervisory or management experience in multinational environments with the ability to lead a wide range of people preferred
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written communication), Arabic preferred
