Job Responsibilities:

Devising and using fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies
Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
Examine and test existing contracts
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Preparation of export documentation - invoice, packing list, delivery advice or any shipping documents needed.
Coordinate with Freight forwarders for outbound logistics.
Managing Outbound Shipment schedule.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize costs and improve quality.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability criteria.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address sourcing needs.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and process improvement.
Assess and manage risks associated with the supply chain.
Utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators and make informed decisions.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sourcing metrics.

Requirement or skills: For FEMALE Applicant Only.

Proven working experience as a Senior Procurement , Procurement Officer.
Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market
Talent in negotiations and networking
Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
Chemical or Polymer Engineering degree, supply chain management, logistics or engineering.
Knowledge about Shipping documents International Shipping.
5 - 7 Years Experience in Logistics Company.
5 - 7 Years Experience in Importing and Exporting.
Familiarity in Incoterms.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to AED8,500.00 per month
