Reporting to the UAE Commercial Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in United Arab Emirates and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Commercial Department and it's growth.
Role
Role Summary
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for the promotion, awareness and sale of corporate services. This highly professional, seasoned person must possess excellent communication skills, great contacts, a strong work ethic and the drive to help us scale our business. The role is aligned with sales goals that support the growth goals of the Middle East. It is part of a broader Sales and Client Service team. The individual will be measured on his/her ability to execute against a quarterly business plan developed by sales leadership.
Scope
This role, based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, has responsibility for the drive and delivery of new clients in the UAE domestic market and outbound execution centres through the achievement of the growth targets by introducing Vistra products and services to this vertical. Work closely with Vistra colleagues to present and implement customized solutions to its clients. Maintain and develop global relationships with Middle East focussed intermediaries seeking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the UAE landscape and knowledge of the freezones particularly the DIFC and ADGM
Handle inbound direct new opportunity enquiries and enquiries
Analysing existing client portfolio to develop a hit map of additional services, including one off, to upsell and cross sell to existing customers;
Identify and land prospects in their market to expand Vistra's customer base and capture market share;
Develop and execute a plan for prospects to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Execute marketing campaigns to develop the required pipeline;
Support inbound sales processes by providing proposals to global sellers;
Support local office with administrative tasks (i.e. VForce (Salesforce) CRM, AML/ KYC & Onboarding process);
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and proactively apply product and market knowledge to sell insightful, innovative solutions;
Ensure timely, seamless transitions of leads, providing regular feedback on lead quality to continuously improve pipeline;
Coordinate with local client service delivery teams in executing the acceptance, onboarding, and delivery of local customers;
Marketing of Vistra to professional intermediaries, chambers of commerce, government agencies, banks and end clients;
Identify and cross-refer opportunities to other business units, where applicable;
Maintain and grow strong relationships with key intermediaries; regulators, law firms, accounting and business consulting firms.
Attend events, conferences and round-tables to continue building and growing the company brand.
Build a pipeline of opportunities to meet the target set
Lead, manage and close the full sales cycle.
Relay the value proposition of firm's unique solutions and support services to new and existing clients.
Determine scope of initial engagement and work closely with services team to ensure delivery of accurate and timely proposal(s).
Ensure customer engagements are successful via due diligence in the post-sales process.
Accurately forecast on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis by account.

Attributes/Technical Skills
Demonstrated ability to identify, prospect, convert and deliver new revenue;
Self-starter with the ability to interact in their marketplace to build opportunities to grow business.;
An entrepreneurial and solution minded individual;
Proven experience and success in a sales/business development role;
Strong team player with ability to also act alone;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
With potential to deal with individual and cultural differences and able to establish effective relationships with colleagues and clients alike;
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritise;
Proactive, self-motivated leader with ambition, energy and drive
Relevant Experience
Minimum 3 years of Business Development experience in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, having an understanding of free zones.
Sales experience in corporate services, companies reg/non regulated, company secretarial or accounting;
Education and Professional Qualification
Bachelor's degree or validated network within the industry;
Desirable - accounting, legal, tax or company secretarial qualification;
