Building commercial/sales Plan Assists Sales Manager in the development and implementation of sales strategy for growth and profit enhancement.
Building competitive analysis Assists Sales Manager in monitoring competitive activity and trends in markets, customers, products, prices, and channels.
Identifying opportunities and risks from brand and door execution and propose corrective action to the sales manager to ensure targets are achieved. Drive mitigation plans and action plans
Managing and Monitoring monthly orders vs forecast vs LE Monthly order submissions
Owning periodic business updates and reviews internally and with external partners
Financial Management & Compliance
Building yearly Top / Bottom Line Plans and deliver monthly revised estimates
Participating monthly in the finance estimate meeting and closings.
Ensuring efficient administration of sales activities, e.g. order flow, inventory level and return percentage.
Supporting in inventory classification on quarterly basis
Acting as the Gatekpeer for market returns submission
QualificationsAbout YouYou will be/ have:\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in Sales/Distribution in the region.\xc2\xb7 5Y experience in distribution and operations\xc2\xb7 Mid-senior position sales/area manager previous experience\xc2\xb7 Strong experience in distributor management and negotiation\xc2\xb7 Experienced in financial planning - Top and Bottom Line\xc2\xb7 Experienced in Demand planning - forecast, SIOP\xc2\xb7 Capacity to manage various stakeholders and complex business models\xc2\xb7 Very strong analytical skills\xc2\xb7 Confident with multi-tasking
Knowledge of computer application Excel, Outlook etc.
Industry knowledge and network of relationships in the industry - with customers, distributors, retailers, suppliers, advertising agencies, and other business partners
Fluency in spoken and written English - Arabic a plus
