Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing vacant retail spaces in our portfolio, with a focus on malls and shops.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect for and identify potential tenants for vacant retail spaces.
• Conduct market research to understand tenant needs and industry trends.
• Develop and execute strategic cold calling campaigns to generate leads.
• Pre-qualify leads and schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Give compelling property tours and presentations, highlighting the benefits of each space.
• Negotiate lease agreements and secure occupancy for vacant spaces.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and property owners.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all leasing activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in retail leasing.
• Proven track record of success in cold calling and prospecting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai retail market and tenant needs.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software a plus.
