Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and warehouse landlord/managers, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to develop specific solutions for them.
• Regularly follow up with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring retention and growth.
• Develop account strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver the specialized advertizements and improve visibility in the market.
• Provide feedback to the corresponding directors to support further strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status.
• Generate reports and analyze data to track performance against goals and objectives.
• Use insights to inform decision-making and optimize client management strategies.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in commercial client management, account management, or sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and landlords/managers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively without much instruction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
