Purpose of the JobTo be the data steward for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of customer data within the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining data quality standards, transforming, and visualizing data and building reports to drive data driven insights within the org.
Data Collection & Preparation - Integrating & transforming data sets through quantitative and qualitative analysis maintaining the underlying data quality.
Data Analysis - Analyze & generate business reports from commercial data and financial analysis facilitated by data visualization techniques.
Reporting & Visualization - Create & maintain compelling visuals using data visualization techniques to present data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Data Integrity - Create consistency in data reporting and develop standard quality metrics for data entry into the CRM platform(s) in collaboration with relevant cross functional teams. Implement data quality indicators and ensure data integrity across all reporting requirements.
CRM Data Governance - Design, build and implement data standards on Salesforce.com and automate the performance models.
Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education
Bachelor\'s degree necessary, IT or Computer Science required.
Expertise & Certification in Power BI required.
Expertise & Certification in Salesforce.com desired
Expertise in Data warehousing / Database management processes preferred.
1-2 years of relevant working experience required.
Proficiency in Excel required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills needed.
Ability to collaborate cross functionally at a global scale needed.
