We are having an opening for one of our client providing marine and offshore Service into oil & gas industry.

Location: Abu dhabi

Job Responsibilities

Assistant to Tendering Project/Bid Management Drafting a Prequalification document of the company for any EOI, Invitation to Prequal etc. with managers' approval Identifying the requirements of a certain project or tender thru List of Instructions to Bidder/Tender (ITB or ITT) and source out information from all departments Track Documentation of the entire tender process from clarification, submission and until post tendering Prepares the bid document, letters, sends out clarification to clients and other communication requirements Drafting of Commercial Proposal for any enquiries as per project manager instruction Maintains and update the Order Book / Contract status as well as maintaining copy of the entire contract of the region Maintaining company documents i.e Company Profile, Client Reference list, Experience list Organize travel plans, tickets visa and other travel documents
