Johnson & Johnson Vision is seeking a highly motivated and expert individual to join our team as Commercial Manager - Vision Care - Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for the management and development of the J&J Vision Care Business in Saudi Arabia. As part of succession planning an internal candidate has been pre-identified for the role KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
(Over) achieve sales targets and other critical metrics as defined by focusing on the execution of the key strategies, marketing tactics and opportunity management. Frequently meeting customers to manage relationship at senior level and to provide coaching to sales team. Analyze business performances and developing fact-based strategy recommendations to identify business opportunities and or implement corrective actions. Ability to embrace, represent and promote the J&J Mission and Culture within and outside the organization. Perform all activities according to J&J Compliance guidelines & policies. Analyzing markets to identify the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow revenue and market share. Collecting and analyzing business data pertaining to all commercial activities. Developing specific sales strategies and initiatives for the assigned markets, especially targeting profitable market segments. Reviewing potential to develop strategic partnerships and assessing the risks to the business of any new commercial opportunities. Maintaining an awareness of external factors including competitors. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. Integrates Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
REQUIREMENT
Work in a Leadership team and drive collaboration amongst functions. Have proven commercial skills. Understand local market needs. Understand the local legal & regulatory environments. 7+ years of sales & commercial experience in medical device business in a multinational company Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to influence and inspire change, crafting followership, passion and alignment is required. Work independently, proactively, and partner with senior executives. Team working ability.
