Analyze market structure and dynamics to define an optimal go-to-market strategy across channels and accounts.
Evaluate revenue potential by brands and accounts using internal data and market intelligence.
Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers, understanding their needs, challenges, and priorities.
Develop value-added services to reinforce partnerships and increase competitiveness.
Lead annual key account reviews, ensuring high-quality, strategic account plans.
Build account-specific portfolio offerings, optimizing pricing, volume, and growth expectations.
Oversee RFQ/RFP/Tender processes, defining optimal pricing strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives accurately.
Train, manage, and develop a team of high-performing KAMs to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coach and mentor the commercial team, fostering a winning mindset and motivation to achieve objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to streamline internal processes such as forecasting and accruals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key private sector stakeholders.
Ensure high levels of service and transparency for all accounts, maintaining a proactive approach to customer support.
Drive annual agreement negotiations with 50+ customers to support commercial discussions.
Regularly monitor performance metrics (IMS, G2N, inventory, etc.), providing data-driven feedback and business insights.
Organize and lead quarterly/bi-annual business partnership meetings with key accounts and sales leadership.
Present regular commercial updates as per the annual sales agenda.
Continuously enhance commercial offerings and customer service levels, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth.
Who You Arexe2x80xa6
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including at least 2 years in a commercial management role.
Strong ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution and a high work capacity.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
Commercial, analytical, and financial acumen, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to conduct complex data analysis and reporting.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving market environment.
