About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our high-rise building project team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations, client relationships, and strategic project management to ensure smooth execution and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to drive project success and profitability. Manage client relationships, negotiations, and contracts with key stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the construction sector. Oversee financial planning, risk management, and compliance with local regulations. Prepare and present reports on project performance and business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum

8-10

years of experience in business management within the construction or real estate sector. Proven experience managing high-rise building projects in Dubai or the Middle East. Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, financial management, and market analysis. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
