• Identifying and procuring materials, services, and subcontractors while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiating terms with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure value for money.
• Monitoring supplier and subcontractor performance to meet timelines and quality standards.
4. Cost Control and Value Engineering
• Monitoring project costs to prevent overruns and inefficiencies.
• Identifying opportunities for cost-saving through value engineering without compromising quality.
• Regularly updating project budgets and advising on financial forecasts.
5. Risk Management
• Assessing financial and contractual risks across projects.
• Developing mitigation strategies to protect the company's commercial interests.
• Managing claims and change orders, ensuring proper documentation and negotiations.
6. Cash Flow Management
• Overseeing invoicing processes, ensuring timely client payments.
• Managing cash flow by controlling expenses and tracking project milestones.
• Preparing payment schedules for subcontractors and suppliers.
7. Team and Stakeholder Collaboration
• Coordinating closely with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
