Job Description

The main job responsibilities include the following aspects:

1. Market strategy execution: responsible for establishing, consolidating and maintaining relationships with partners, formulating contracts and signing contracts with commercial customers, and ensuring the realization of the company's business goals.

2. Market analysis: organize the collection, analysis and regular reporting of industry business intelligence, resolve business conflicts with partners, and maintain good cooperative relations.

3. Business negotiation: responsible for business negotiation work, establishing and maintaining good business relationships and reaching cooperation.

4. Market information collection: responsible for Dubai market information collection and analysis.

5. Contract management: comprehensive control and tracking of contract editing, negotiation, signing, execution and subsequent effects.

6. Familiar with the progress payment declaration process, and fully responsible for the project progress payment declaration work.

7. Budget and material management: ensure strict review of the company's expense budget and material procurement applications.

8. Familiar to FIDIC contract terms, biding procedure and have participated in contract negeotiation.

Work environment and other requirements:

1. Language requirements: fluent in English and Arabic listening, speaking, reading and writing, and the ability to quickly adapt to the work environment.

?2. Work experience?: Those with experience as business manager, contract negotiation editor are preferred?.

?3. Skill requirements?: Good at making plans, with strong expression and comprehension skills?.

4?. Other skills?: Familiar with various social media, those with a driver's license are preferred?.
