Qualifications and Skills
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in a commercial or sales management role, with a strong track record in driving business growth.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and forecasting.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP software, and other business analytics tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Event management is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
