Faststream are working with a global marine electronics provider specialising in satellite communications, particularly with Starlink. We are seeking a Deputy Manager with commercial and technical experience to drive sales and ensure operational efficiency. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the Senior Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and providing strategic leadership to a talented team. You'll collaborate across departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our connectivity solutions and services. Key Responsibilities Customer-Focused Leadership: Engage with the product, technical, and after-sales teams to address inquiries, resolve support tickets, and promote our solutions to boost revenue. Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate billing, timely shipments, and seamless customer contract processes by collaborating with finance, logistics, and legal departments. Strategic Collaboration: Build strong vendor relationships, explore market opportunities, and attend industry exhibitions to promote our services. Team Management: Lead and mentor your team to achieve departmental goals, drive innovation, and maintain high-performance standards. Data-Driven Improvement: Review performance metrics to enhance productivity, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficient workflows.
