The Role

We are currently recruiting for a tier-one main contractor. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with large scale fit out and finishing. Our client has a Head Office based in Dubai but works across Europe, UAE, Saudi and Qatar. They are one of the leading contracting businesses in the fit out and finishing sector and are seeking a Commercial Manager for their UAE based business. The available position is not just a Commercial Manager role, but a leadership opportunity. As the head of the existing QS function and team, you will have full commercial responsibility for all QS matters. This role, reporting to the Commercial Director, is based in the UAE.



Requirements

• Ideally degree qualified or equivalent o Fit-Out and Joinery experience is advantageous o Must have a sound Commercial understanding o Good understanding of construction techniques and methodology o Open to candidates from any location In return, you will receive an attractive salary and benefits package and a long-term position with one of the region's leading contracting and interior contractors.
