The Commercial Manager is responsible for coordinating, conducting, and managing the marketing and contracts matters of the Company. This includes developing a marketing plan to increase sales, developing human resources within departments, preserving the company's fixed and movable properties, ensuring rational spending, and maintaining the security and safety of employees and company facilities.
Main Tasks
1) Strategic and Operational Plan Development: Prepare and develop the strategic and operational plan for the Company in coordination with the Board of Directors.
2) Supervision of Departments and Activities: Directly supervise all departments and commercial activities of the Company, ensuring the implementation of the strategic and operational plan to achieve the company's vision and mission.
3) Goal Achievement Monitoring: Follow up on the achievement of the company's goals set by the Board of Directors.
4) Budget Development and Financial Goals: Develop the budget and assist in achieving financial goals.
5) Relationship Building: Establish relationships with relevant authorities to increase the company's projects, maintain its reputation, and enhance its market position.
6) Policy Implementation: Work to achieve the company's strategic objectives by implementing policies and procedures necessary to achieve them.
7) Industry Updates: Follow up on the latest updates and developments related to industrial production affairs and provide guidance on adopting appropriate ones.
8) Reporting: Prepare quarterly reports (every 3 months) and the annual report for the Board of Directors, analyze them, and study ways to improve them.
9) Market Analysis: Study target customers, their capabilities, and purchasing behavior, and develop a strategy that suits the target market
10) Regulation Monitoring: Monitor local and international regulations for products and services.
11) Marketing Supervision: Monitor and supervise marketing efforts to ensure they achieve the organization's objectives.
12) Marketing Platform Development: Supervise the process of preparing and designing the company marketing platform and develop a plan for its use.
13) Business Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance and provide financial reports on profits, revenues, pricing, and cost of goods sold.
14) Return on Investment: Ensure a high return on investment from activities carried out in the production and manufacturing process and manage business relationships.
15) Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, deal with suppliers, and build new partnerships with different stakeholders.
16) Performance Measurement: Use standard indicators to measure performance and submit reports to senior management, especially the CEO.
17) Strategic Expansion: Build a strategy for the strategic expansion and development of the company's activities and policies, as well as the nature of its services.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Strategic Planning, or a related specialty
Postgraduate studies (recommended)
Years of Experience
Must have at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Languages
Arabic: Fluent in spoken and written
